one link.
the right destination
Send iPhone users to the App Store, Android to Google Play, and each country to its own localized page — all from a single c3.lt short link, resolved at the edge before the page even loads.
one link, many audiences.
app downloads
One link in your bio. iPhone users hit the App Store, Android users hit Google Play, everyone else gets a landing page. No "choose your platform" screen.
localized landing pages
Send visitors from Germany to /de, France to /fr, and everyone else to /en — by country, resolved at the edge before the page loads.
region-locked offers
Route a promo to the right regional store or pricing page, and send out-of-region traffic somewhere sensible instead of a dead end.
desktop vs mobile
Point mobile clicks at a lightweight page and desktop clicks at the full experience — same short link, two destinations.
how a click resolves.
iOS / Android device rules are evaluated first, so an iPhone in Germany still goes to the App Store, not the German web page.
No device match? The visitor’s country (resolved from Cloudflare’s edge) picks the destination.
No rule matches? Fall through to the default destination. Every visitor always lands somewhere valid.
questions.
How does geo routing on a short link work?
You add rules to one c3.lt link — for example "Germany → /de", "iOS → App Store". When someone clicks, Cloudflare resolves their country and device at the edge and 302-redirects them to the matching destination in under 50ms.
What takes priority, device or country?
Device rules (iOS / Android) are evaluated before country rules. So an iPhone user in France goes to the App Store, not the French landing page. If no device rule matches, the country rule applies; if nothing matches, the default destination is used.
Can I route iPhone to the App Store and Android to Google Play from one link?
Yes — that is the most common setup. One link in your bio or ad sends each platform to its own store automatically, so you never need a "choose your platform" interstitial.
Is the visitor’s location accurate?
Country is resolved from Cloudflare’s edge network, which is reliable at the country level for routing decisions. Routing happens server-side during the redirect, so there is no client-side geolocation prompt.
